PARTS-WASHING MACHINES
Our chemical washing systems are extremely versatile and designed to ensure effective cleaning of any type of component or tool.
We offer our customers a complete range of machines – spray metal washers and ultrasonic machines – available in different sizes and capacities to meet every specific need.
Both washing techniques are safe and highly effective: they ensure deep cleaning and the removal of any residue, including oily elements or contaminants present on the part.

The operating model of our Surface Chemical Treatment (SCT) service covers the entire process of washing and chemical treatment of industrial components and parts.
We support the customer throughout every phase of service delivery:
– Analysis of issues, design and comparison of possible solutions, and the execution of tests and proof of concept;
– Supply of machinery, supervision, and fulfillment of chemical products;
– Turnkey management of process-waste disposal;
– Service monitoring, with the release of analysis reports and performance reporting.

Dedicated staff option
This option, available on request, provides a continuous on-site operational presence to support washing activities directly at the customer’s plant.
The team will handle day-to-day operations: machine management, maintenance, collection of parts to be washed, and distribution of cleaned parts.
